The EVO Manufacturing Radius Tube Fenders ideally complemented and matched the Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2017 bodylines with a fully rolled tube fender, structural gusseting and increased tire clearance.


Style and Function

The EVO MFG Radius Tube Fenders give a clean finished look to your JK while raising and widening the fender openings.  Keeping with the bodylines, the DOM tubing is fully rolled with virtually no straight sections to accurately follow the body fender depression, giving a seamless and finished appearance.  No bump bending or offset plate transitions.  Just clean flowing bodylines.  Larger wheel opening gives increased tire clearance for larger tires and lower lift requirements.   The EVO MFG Radius Tube Fenders give a similar tire coverage to factory fenders and clean entry and exit angles. 



The EVO MFG Radius Tube Fenders are constructed of a thick 3/16” steel mounting plate and 1/8” top plate with fully radius rolled 1.5” x .120 DOM steel tubing for optimal strength and bodyline contouring.  To increase the structural integrity, the fenders are internally gusseted and include bracing to insure a rigid and structural fender set.  Stainless steel mounting hardware included.



Front Radius fender installation is simple and requires no special tools or drilling.  Totally bolt on installation.  Rear Fenders are simple as well, they do require some minimal body drilling and 5/16-18 nutcert installation tool.


Optional replacement inner fenders available.  EVO-1197 For Coil Suspension, EVO-1198 For EVO Coilover Suspension or EVO-1199 For EVO Double ThrowDown Suspension.


Available in raw steel for prep and paint.
